Most of you lot in these comments are children obsessed with him over socials. Ronaldo was a joke for a long time. Regardless of what stats say in his latter juventus years and united return he was taking away from other players more than he was adding to the team. He isn’t at the top level a lot of you seem to think he is and that’s okay.. he’s top 3 all time and he’s 38 years old now.. could definitely start for any team outside the top 6 but inside top 6 he’s warming bench don’t be silly.

Professional Hater vs Dedicated Meatrider this needed someone neutral. Neither of these guys were thinking objectively. CR7 100% would NOT start for Liverpool or Arsenal in 2024, especially since he got benched by a Man United team that struggles to make top 4. Neither Liverpool or Arsenal would wanna risk their projects for the future and title aspirations to accommodate a man pushing 40. He could start for Chelsea or Everton because they need all the help they can get, plus Ronaldo is Ronaldo and has shown even now that he’s still capable of scoring goals when provided good service. Class is permanent. Palmer + Ronaldo linkup could’ve been special but i guess we’ll never truly know for sure. 🤷♂️

Ronaldo is a poacher who doesn’t run the channels enough or press. He’s a complete liability for a top side. United are so dysfunctional that it didn’t show, but start Ronaldo in the Liverpool team and he’d be dropped for Jota after 45 minutes.
